1. Shipping Module

Q1 : Do you ship worldwide?
A1 : Yes, we can ship worldwide.

Q2 : Where you ship goods from?
A2 : Our warehouse is located in China, the goods will be shipped from China mainland.

Q3 : What is the shipping time?
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be dispatch within 2 business days after an order is placed.
Shipping Time: This refers to time it take for iems be shipped from our warehouse to destination, which usually takes 7-14 business days. Besides, DHL,UPS are also available.

Q4: How should I provide my shipping address?
A3: When you place your order, you can provide your shipping address on the order details page. Please ensure that you provide accurate information to ensure that our logistics partners can deliver your order accurately.

Q5: Can I track my order?
A5: Absolutely. After we ship your order, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order and the estimated delivery time on our logistics tracking page.

 

2. Payment & Order Module

Q1 : What payment terms you can accept?
A1 : For payment, we accept Paypal.

Q2: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
A2: You can cancel your order as long as the order is not shipped out yet, please contact with our Service Support Team monicaleo@blissdiy.com , we will cancel your order and give you full refund.

Q3 : How do I cancel my order?
A3 : For the order, if not shipped out yet, please contact with our Service Support Team service@enginediy.com , we will cancel your order and give you full refund.


Q4: Will my payment information be protected?
A4: Yes, your information is safe with us. We use advanced security encryption technology to protect your payment information, ensuring that your data cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties during transmission.

Q5 : What if my address is wrong?
A5 : If the recipient's address was wrong, after the failed delivery, the parcel should be returned back to sender. After we receive the parcel, we will contact you for an updated address and arrange re-delivery for your package.



3. Return & Refunds Module

Q1 : What items are returnable?
A1 : a)- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period. b)- All returned items must be in the original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn. No exceptions.

Q2 : How do I return a product?
A2: Contact with Enginediy Service Team monicaleo@blissdiy.com to confirm details to make sure the item is meet the return condition. After the agreement, Service Team will send the detailed return information, please offer return tracking number after return shipment .

Q3: How long does it take for me to get a refund if I request a return?
A3: After we receive the returned product and confirm its quality, we will issue a refund within 2 -3 business days. Please note that this time may be slightly delayed due to bank processing time.
